秘鲁浸膏中挥发性成分及其在卷烟中的应用

为探明秘鲁浸膏在卷烟中调香的开发应用,采用溶剂萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析秘鲁浸膏的挥发性成分,并进行卷烟加香试验。结果表明:1)秘鲁浸膏中共鉴定出54种挥发性成分,主要有苯甲酸苄酯(43.91%)、肉桂酸苄酯(12.58%)、肉桂酸(11.17%)、苄醇(9.11%)、苯甲酸(4.17%)、乙基香兰素(5.63%)和香兰素(3.97%),其中浸膏中的酯类含量最高,主要成分为苯甲酸苄酯,这些物质是构成卷烟香味的重要物质;2)秘鲁浸膏具有改善和修饰卷烟吸味、柔和烟香、掩盖杂气和减少刺激性的作用,添加量为0.05%时效果最佳。

Volatile Components in Peru Balsam and Its Application in Cigarette

In order to explore the exploitation and application of the Peru balsam, the volatile components in Peru balsam was extracted by solvent extraction and analyzed by GC/MS, and the application of the extract in cigarette flavoring was studied as well.Results: 1) 54 volatile compounds were identified, including benzyl benzoate(43.91%), benzyl cinnamate(12.58%), trans-cinnamic acid(11.17%), benzyl alcohol(9.11%), benzoic acid (4.17%), ethyl vanillin(5.63%) and vanillin(3.97%), most of which are the important components in cigarette flavoring.Esters are of the highest contents in Peru balsam, the main component of which is benzyl benzoate.2) The extract plays an important role in enhancing the aroma quality of cigarettes, significantly reducing the irritation and smoothing the smoke.The optimum amount is 0.05%.
