“贵烟”品牌典型基地单元烟叶的外观区域特征

为建立基于烟叶外观特征区别"贵烟"品牌典型基地单元烟叶的方法,以"贵烟"品牌7个省份共10个典型基地单元的17套初烤烟叶样品(C3F和B2F)为材料,采用定性与定量评价相结合方法,对烟叶基本外观质量、外观性状特征及外观区域归类3个方面进行系统研究。结果表明:1)依据颜色、成熟度和油分3项基本外观质量指标进行相似性区域归类为金黄区域、偏浅黄区域、偏深黄区域,高成熟度区域、中等成熟度区域、低成熟度区域,油分足区域、油分中等区域、油分少区域;2)依据底色、叶面组织、柔韧性、蜡质感和光泽度性状特征进行基地归类区域划分:底色纯正区域、底色含红区域、底色含灰区域,组织细腻区域、组织较细腻区域、组织较粗糙区域,柔韧性强区域、柔韧性中等区域、柔韧性差区域,蜡质感弱区域、蜡质感中等区域,光泽度好区域、光泽度较好区域、光泽度一般区域。

Regional Appearance Characteristics of Tobacco Leaves from Typical Tobacco Producing Bases for Production of "Guiyan" Brand

The basic appearance quality,appearance characteristics and appearance regional classification of 17 sets of samples (C3F and B2F) from 10 typical tobacco producing bases of 7 provinces are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively to develop a method for rapid distinction of tobacco leaves from 10 different typical tobacco producing bases for production of "Guiyan" brand based on tobacco appearance characteristics.Results:1) Three regions of golden yellow,light yellow and deep yellow,three regions of high maturity,moderate maturity and low maturity,and three regions of high oil content,moderate oil content and low oil content are classified according to three basic appearance quality indexes of color,maturity and oil content respectively.2) Three regions of pure background color,slight red background color and slight grey background color,three regions of high fine and smooth leaf surface tissue,moderate fine and smooth leaf surface tissue and rough leaf surface tissue,three regions of high flexibility,moderate flexibility and low flexibility,two regions of weak wax texture and medium wax texture,and three regions of better glossiness,good glossiness and common glossiness are divided according to background color,leaf surface tissue,flexibility,wax texture and glossiness respectively.
