摘    要:为满足乳制品中四环素快速检测要求,开发了基于核酸适配体(aptamer)和阳离子聚合物PAH高效聚集纳米金比色检测牛奶中四环素(TET)的新方法。本文优化了PAH和适配体的浓度。最优实验条件下,四环素浓度在一定范围内与A520/A650呈现良好的线性关系,最低检测限(LOD)为95nmol/L,对四环素具有良好的选择性。该方法已成功用于牛奶中四环素的检测,回收率为108%~117%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~3.6%。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the requirements of the rapid detection of tetracycline in dairy products,this paper developed a colorimetric method to detect tetracycline using aptamer and cationic polymer PAH efficiently aggregated nanogold.The concentrations of aptamer and PAH were investigated to optimize the reaction conditions.Under the optimization conditions,the concentrations of tetracycline had good linear correlation with A520/A650,and the limit of detection (LOD) was calculated as 95 nmol/L.The method had a good selectivity to tetracycline.The proposed method was successfully applied for the analysis of TET in milk sample with total recoveries ranging from 108% to 117%,and the RSD was 2.9%-3.6%.
