泰州地区仔猪大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性

为有效防治大肠杆菌病及控制其耐药性,从江苏泰州地区不同猪场腹泻猪粪便中分离细菌,经镜检、培养特性、生化试验和血清型鉴定,采用攻菌试验确定其致病性,获得6株致病性大肠杆菌,并进行药敏试验。结果表明:6株致病性大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、羧苄西林、氟苯尼考和四环素全部耐药;对头孢呋辛、头孢曲松、红霉素、复方新诺明、链霉素、阿奇霉素普遍不敏感;对头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、多西环素、庆大霉素敏感性差异明显,部分耐药,部分敏感;对头孢吡肟、丁胺卡那霉素、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星均表现敏感;对氨苄西林、阿莫西林和阿奇霉素等20种常用抗菌药均表现6~15耐的多重耐药。

Isolation,Identification and Drug Susceptibility of Escherichia coli in Piglets in Taizhou Region

The morphology,cultural character,biochemical property and serotype of the bacteria isolated from the manure of pigs with diarrhoea disease in different pig farms of Taizhou region,Jiangsu are examined,tested and identified respectively.The drug susceptibility of 6 selected pathogenic E.coli strains is tested to control swine E.coli and its drug resistance.Results:Six pathogenic E.coli strains have the drug resistance to Ampicllin,Amoxicillin,Carbenicillin,Florfenicol and Tetracycline and the insensitivity to Cefuroxime,Ceftriaxone,Erythrocin,Selectrin,Streptomycin and Azithromycin.There is a significant difference in sensibility to Ceftazidime,Cefotaxime,Doxycycline and Gentamicin among six pathogenic E.coli strains.Six pathogenic E.coli strains have the susceptibility to Cefepime,Amikacin,Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin.Six pathogenic E.coli strains have the multi-drug resistance to 20 common antimicrobial drugs to varying degrees,which resistant varieties of 6 to 15 species.
