不同育苗方式对烟苗素质及烟叶品质的影响

为进一步完善烤烟育苗方式,提高烟苗素质及中下部烟叶质量,采用PVC盘及营养袋育苗,以普通漂浮盘为对照,研究不同育苗方式对烟苗素质、烟叶产量、产值及烟叶内在化学成分的影响。结果表明:PVC盘育苗处理烟苗素质好,烟叶产量、产值高,烟叶内在化学成分比较协调;PVC盘育苗成苗期烟苗株高比漂浮盘育苗高1.56cm,茎鲜重高0.31g,根系鲜重高0.217g;产量比漂浮盘育苗高323.4kg/hm~2,产值高7 295元/hm~2;PVC盘育苗能降低上部叶烟碱,并使其烟碱含量在适宜范围内,糖碱比协调。

Effects of Different Seedling Raising Pattern on Seedling Quality and Tobacco Quality

The effects of different seedling raising patterns (PVC seedling tray,nutritional bag and common foam seedling tray raising patterns) on seedling quality,tobacco yield,output value and intrinsic chemical components to further perfect the tobacco seedling raising pattern and improve seedling quality and quality of middle and lower leaves.Results:The PVC seedling tray raising pattern has the advantages of good seedling quality,higher tobacco yield,higher output value and harmony intrinsic chemical components.The seedling height,fresh stem weight,fresh roots weight,tobacco yield,output value of tobacco seedlings under the PVC seedling tray raising pattern is 1.56 cm,0.31 g,0.217 g,323.4 kg/667hm2 and 7 295 Yuan/hm2 higher than the common foam seedling tray raising pattern respectively.The PVC seedling tray raising pattern can reduce the nicotine content of upper tobacco leaves,which results in a harmony sugar/nicotine ratio in upper tobacco leaves.
