优秀青年女篮体能水平评价指标及量化评价模型的研究

通过具体指标，研究了优秀青年女子篮球运动员的身体形态、身体机能、运动素质的状况，并对其体能水平做出了综合评价，建立了综合评价模型；制定了优秀青年女子篮球运动员体能水平单项评分标准及体能均衡度等级与评价标准，这些研究结果对发现优秀青年女子篮球运动员体能发展水平的优势与不足具有一定科学指导作用，为教练员更好地控制运动训练过程提供更全面、更有效的数据，并提出今后篮球运动员体能研究深化方向。
