小麦细胞质雄性不育的生理生化研究进展

摘    要:小麦是中国乃至世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,对于粮食安全和国计民生具有非常重要的意义。雄性不育是作物杂种优势利用的重要途径,细胞质雄性不育是一种非常重要的母性遗传性状。对小麦细胞质雄性不育(CMS)的研究不仅可以从理论上阐明其发生机制,而且可以产生巨大的经济和社会效益。为给小麦CMS的进一步研究提供有益参考,从酶活性、蛋白质、物质代谢和植物激素等4个方面综述小麦CMS的生理生化机制,并对今后研究进行了展望。

Abstract:Wheat is one of the most important food crops in China and even in the world, It is of important significance for food security, national economy and people's livelihood.Male sterility (MS) is a key way of crop heterosis utilization, and cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) is a kind of very important maternal genetic traits.The study of wheat CMS can not only clarify the mechanism from theory, but also can produce huge economic and social benefits.In this paper, the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of wheat CMS were discussed and summarized from four aspects, such as the activity of enzymes, proteins, substance metabolism, plant hormones, for providing beneficial exploration on wheat CMS.At last the study in the future was prospected as well.
