摘    要:为给贵州省相关部门制定经济发展决策提供理论依据,运用能值生态足迹改进模型对1995—2014年贵州省生态经济系统可持续发展状况进行评估。结果表明:贵州省近20年来的生态足迹远大于生态承载力,2003年以来,能源用地成为主要生态足迹用地,生态压力正由第一产业向第二产业转移,人均生态足迹一直处于亏损状态,生态经济系统处于强不可持续发展状态。能值生态足迹的主要消费账户依次为煤炭、电力、猪肉、水资源、柴油,在未来仍将保持快速增长势头。建议贵州省根据岩溶区的实际情况,合理调控土地利用类型,把握耕地红线不动摇,优化经济产业结构,发展水电、风电等能源,推动能源消费结构多元化,以缓解生态压力过大状况,促进系统可持续发展。

Abstract:The sustainable development situation of the ecological economic system in Guizhou during 1995~2014 is evaluated by the improved energy ecological footprint model to provide the theoretical basis of formulating economic development policies for relevant departments in Guizhou.Results:The ecological footprint is much higher than the ecological carrying capacity in Guizhou in the past 20 years.The emergy land has been became the major ecological footprint land since 2003 because the ecological stress transfers from the first industry to the secondary industry and the per capita ecological footprint has been at a loss,which indicates the ecological economic system is in the strong unsustainable development status.The major consumption accounting of the emergy ecological footprint is coal,electric power,pork,water resources and diesel successively and still keeps a rapid growth momentum.The countermeasures to rationally regulate land utilization type,firmly hold the arable land minimum,optimize the industrial structure,develop water power and wind electricity and promote the diversification of energy consumption structure are proposed according the actual karst conditions to alleviate the excessive ecological stress and promote the sustainable development of the ecological economic system in Guizhou..
