摘    要:为黑果枸杞野生种质资源的保存和优良株系的快速繁殖提供技术支持,以黑果枸杞的带芽茎段为外植体,在MS、1/2 MS培养基中添加不同种类和浓度的激素,进行组织培养快速繁殖试验,研究黑果枸杞的组织培养快速繁殖技术。结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L+0.7%琼脂+3%蔗糖为最佳诱导芽分化的培养基;最适继代增殖培养基为MS+0.7%琼脂+3%蔗糖;生根培养基选用1/2MS+IBA 0.3mg/L+0.7%琼脂+3%蔗糖,移栽成活率为90%。

Abstract:To provide technical support for wild germplasm resources preservation and rapid fine strain propagation of L.ruthenicum,the authors chose stem with buds of L.ruthenicum as explants,and studied on tissue culture and rapid propagation in MS and 1/2MS medium supplemented with different kinds and concentrations of hormones.Results:Suitable medium for axillary bud sprouting was MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L+0.7% agar+3% sucrose;The optimum subculture medium was MS +0.7% agar+3% sucrose;The suitable medium for plantlet rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L+0.7%agar +3% sucrose.The transplanting survival rate was 90%.
