不同保存和播种方法对太子参种子萌发的影响

为保证太子参的发芽率,给太子参生产栽培及遗传育种提供依据,采用穴盘播种法探究不同保存及播种方法对太子参种子萌发的影响。结果表明:室温风干0.5d、3d、7d、15d、30d、60d和90d时发芽率分别为32.0%、83.75%、90.0%、85.5%、50.75%、24.75%和0,种子室温风干7d后冷冻保存的发芽率最高,室温风干90d和长期室温风干保存的发芽率均为0。
