茶叶中苯醚甲环唑残留检测方法优化

摘    要:为茶叶品质安全提供有效检测方法,以气相色谱-串联质谱检测方法为基础,考察不同提取溶剂、净化方法及质谱条件等对茶叶中苯醚甲环唑残留含量检测结果的影响。结果表明:在丙酮提取溶剂、Agela TPT-spe小柱净化及GC-MS/MS选择326/267和323/265共2组离子对条件下,检测到茶叶中的苯醚甲环唑为顺反异构体混合物,并有双峰出现;当苯醚甲环唑含量为0.05~4.00mg/L时,基质的标准曲线为y=37.19x-253.10,r0.999,检出限为0.003mg/kg;在添加苯醚甲环唑标样为0.020~2.00mg/kg时,平均回收率为76.5%~87.0%,相对偏差10%。因此,该方法的灵敏度较高、选择性较好、抗干扰能力较强,可用于茶叶中苯醚甲环唑残留的准确定量和定性分析。

Abstract:The effect of different extraction solvent,purification method and MS conditions on the detection of Difenoconazole residue in tea was studied based on GC-MS/MS to provide the effective detection method for quality safety of tea.Results:The Difenoconazole in tea detected by using acetone as the extraction solvent and Agela TPT-spe column purification method under the conditions of two groups of ion pairs (326/267 and 323/265) is a cis-trans-isomer mixture with double peaks.When Difenoconazol content is 0.05~4.00 mg/L,the substrate standard curve equation is y=37.19x-253.10 (r>0.999) and the detection limit is 0.003 mg/kg.When the standard sample of addition Difenoconazole is 0.020 ~2.00 mg/kg,the average recovery is 76.5% ~ 87.0% with< 10% relative deviation.Therefore,the detection method with a higher sensitivity,good selectivity,strong antijamming capacity can be used in accurate qualitative and quantitative detection of Difenoconazole residue in tea.
