摘    要:为了给桔梗生产提供优质种子,采用单因素试验对不同含水量和不同贮藏方式条件下桔梗种子千粒重、含水量、发芽率、发芽势和生活力的变化进行研究。结果表明:避光保存条件下桔梗种子质量随着贮藏期的延长而下降,在贮藏10个月后桔梗种子发芽势和发芽率分别由最初的86.71%和91.14%降至0.00%和3.00%;桔梗种子含水量越高,随着贮藏期的延长发芽势和发芽率越低,当桔梗种子含水量为10.486 7%和7.874 1%时,贮藏10个月后其发芽势由最初的88.60%和90.65%降至22.67%和31.33%,发芽率由最初的85.91%和88.97%降至44.33%和57.78%;未真空包装贮藏条件下,桔梗种子发芽势和发芽率由最初的81.03%和89.73%在贮藏10个月后降至0.33%和1.00%,而真空包装桔梗种子的发芽势和发芽率由最初的88.60%和90.65%在贮藏10个月后降至22.67%和31.33%。在生产实践中,桔梗种子见光、低含水量且真空包装贮藏可防止种子质量下降。

Abstract:To provide high-quality P.grandiflorum seeds for P.grandiflorum production,a singlefactor experiment was conducted to explore the quality variation of P.grandiflorum seeds in different storage conditions.Results:Quality of P.grandiflorum seeds kept in the dark decreased with storage period,the germination potential and germination rate reduced to 0.00% and 3.00% after 10 months storage from original 86.71% and 91.14%;The higher the moisture content,the lower the germination potential and germination rate along with the storage period.The germination potential and germination rate of P.grandiflorum seeds with original moisture content respectively 10.486 7% and 7.874 1% reduced to 22.67%,31.33% and 44.33%,57.78% from original 88.60%,90.65% and 85.91%,88.97% after 10 months storage;The germination potential and germination rate of P.grandiflorum seeds reduced to 0.33% and 1.00% from original 81.03% and 89.73% under no vacuum packing conditions after 10 months storage,while that reduced to 22.67% and 31.33% from original 88.60% and 90.65% under vacuum packing conditions.In practice for preventing seed quality from becoming worse,P.grandi florum seeds should be stored with lower moisture content and vacuum packing in the dark.
