玉米肽对提高脑卒中后患者运动能力的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨玉米肽对脑卒中某些生化指标及运动能力的影响,为玉米肽作为天然运动营养补剂提供依据。方法:12名康复训练后并能独立进行太极拳训练3个月的男性脑卒中后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均进行正常康复训练,实验组患者口服玉米肽4周,对照组患者服安慰剂4周。分别测试服药前后生化指标:血红蛋白(Hb)、肌酸激酶(CK)、SOD和MDA、血清睾酮(T)及10m步行时间。结果:服药前,实验组和对照组比较各项指标均无显著性差异;服药后,与对照组比较,实验组肌酸激酶(CK)活性和MDA水平显著下降,SOD活性和血清睾酮(T)显著增加,10m步行时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:服用玉米肽的实验组各项生化指标均优于对照组,提示玉米肽具有提高运动能力、促进疲劳恢复及能够清除自由基抑制过氧化损伤的功能。

Abstract:Objective: To explore corn pepted to certain biochemistry targets and motor ability''s of Patients after Stroke, and then provide the basis for corn peptid to be applied as a natural movement nutritional supplement. Method: 12 patients after stroke could play Tai Chi alone, male, with training 3 months, were divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group and the control group. During normal training, the experimental group took orally corn peptid 4 weeks, while the control group took placebo 4 weeks. Around the distinction test, respectively tested the following biochemistry targets: Hemoglobin (Hb), creatine kinase (CK), SOD and MDA, blood serum testosterone (T)and walking time of 10m. Results: Before taking corn peptid , compared with the control group the experimental group had not the significance difference in each target; After taking, compared with the control group, the experimental group''s creatine kinase (CK) and the MDA obviously dropped, the SOD and the blood serum testosterone (T) obviously increased and the walking time of 10m reduced obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion: Taking , Corn peptid the experimental group''s each biochemistry target surpassed the control group,which prompted the corn peptid had the the function of eliminating free radical, suppressing the peroxidation damage and enhancing the motor ability and promoting weary restoration.
