摘    要:为有效开发利用六棱菊资源,采用紫外分光光度法测定六棱菊总黄酮的含量,通过单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间、超声次数对提取率的影响,并利用正交试验设计法优化提取工艺。结果表明:六棱菊总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶30(原料质量与溶剂体积比),超声时间20min,超声次数1次,在此条件下六棱菊总黄酮提取率达4.72%。

Abstract:The flavonoids content in L.alata was detected by ultraviolet spectroscopy firstly,then the effect of ethanol concentration,material/solution ratio,ultrasound time and ultrasound frequency on flavonoids extraction rate was studied and finally the extraction process was optimized by the orthogonal test to effectively develop L.alataa resources.Results:The flavonoids extraction rate from L.alata is up to 4.72% under the optimum extraction process conditions of 50% ethanol,material/solution ratio of 1 ∶30 (material quality/solvent volume ratio),and ultrasond extraction 1 times,20 min ultrasound treatment.
