花生植株白藜芦醇提取工艺的优化

摘    要:为花生植株的综合利用和天然白藜芦醇原料的开发提供技术支持,以花生根、茎、叶作为原料,以乙醇为提取剂对花生植株各部位的白藜芦醇进行提取,并选取白藜芦醇含量相对较高的花生根,通过不同提取温度(30~80℃)、提取时间(1~5h)、提取次数(1~5次)、乙醇体积分数(40%~90%)、料液比(10~60∶1,mL∶g)进行花生根中白藜芦醇提取的单因素试验,在此基础上进行正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:花生叶中白藜芦醇的提取率最高,为0.670 0%;根其次,为0.624 2%;茎最低,为0.391 9%。花生根中白藜芦醇提取的最佳条件为提取温度80℃、提取时间120min、提取次数2次、乙醇体积分数60%、液料比50∶1,此条件下提取率为0.6542%。

Abstract:The resveratrol extraction rate from roots,stems and leaves of peanut was compared by using ethanol as an extracting agent to determine the roots with relative higher resveratrol content firstly,then the single factor tests were used to study the effect of different temperature (30~80℃),time (1 ~5 h),times (1~5 times),ethanol volume (40%~90%) and liquid to solid ratio (10~60 mL ∶ 1 g) on resveratrol extraction rate from roots of peanut and finally the extraction process was optimized by the orthogonal test to provide the technical support for comprehensive utilization of peanut plants and development of natural resveratrol resources.Results:The resveratrol extraction rate from leaves,roots and stems of peanut is 0.670 0%,0.624 2% and 0.391 9% respectively.The optimum extraction conditions for resveratrol extraction from roots of peanut include 80℃,120 min,two extraction times,60% ethanol volume and 50 ∶ 1 of liquid to solid ratio.The resveratrol extraction rate from roots of peanut reaches 0.654 2% under the optimum extraction conditions.
