云南不同产地食用玫瑰花多酚含量及抗氧化活性

摘    要:为筛选多酚含量高和抗氧化能力强的食用玫瑰花栽培品种,采用Folin-Ciocalteau法测定云南不同产地3个主要栽培品种共8种食用玫瑰花的多酚含量,并采用DPPH自由基清除活性测定法评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明:3个不同玫瑰花品种间的多酚含量差异显著,按多酚含量依次为墨红中国红一号滇红,其中曲靖产墨红中的多酚含量最高,达(198.07±5.78)mg/g。曲靖产墨红玫瑰花多酚的抗氧化能力最强,丽江产滇红最低,对DPPH自由基的半清除浓度(SC_(50))分别为(27.52±0.93)μg/mL和(123.33±0.71)μg/mL。在不同产地滇红品种中,以安宁产玫瑰花的多酚含量最高、抗氧化能力最强,其多酚含量为(156.69±4.61)mg/g,对DPPH自由基的SC50值为(42.67±0.99)μg/mL。经灰色关联度分析法分析发现,年均气温是影响玫瑰花多酚含量和抗氧化能力的主要因素,并呈正相关关系。

Abstract:The polyphenol content of 8 edible rose samples of three main cultivation varieties from different producing areas in Yunnan was determined by Folin-Ciocalteau method and then their antioxidant capacity was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging activity method to screen edible rose varieties with high polypgenol content and strong antioxidant capacity.Results:There is a significant difference in polyphenol content among three rose varieties and the polyphenol content of three rose varieties is Mohong >Zhongguohong 1> Dianhong.The polyphenol content of Mohong from Qujing producing area is the highest (198.07±5.78).The SC50value against DPPH free radical of Mohong with the highest antioxidant capacity from Qujing producing area and Dianhong with the lowest antioxidant capacity from Lijiang producing area is(27.52 ±0.93)μg/mL and(123.33 ±0.71)μg/mL respectively.The polyphenol content of Dianhong from Anning producing area is (156.69 ±4.61)mg/g (the highest) among different producing areas and its SC50 value against DPPH free radical is(42.67 ±0.99)μg/mL.The grey correlation analysis shows that annual average temperature is the key factor to influence polyphenol content and antioxidant capacity of rose and there is a positive correlation between polyphenol content and annual average temperature.
