5个国外主栽甜高粱品种的抗性生理指标分析

摘    要:为甜高粱优良品种的选育提供参考,以国外5个甜高粱品种为试材,在苗期、拔节期、抽穗期、成熟期取甜高粱叶片,测定不同甜高粱品种的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:M-81E、Rio、COLLIER、Honey、Umbrella 5种甜高粱品种的SOD活性都是在成熟期达最高值,分别为139.599 U/g、106.323 U/g、110.004 U/g、79.255 U/g和156.417U/g。其中Umbrella在苗期、拔节期、抽穗期和成熟期与其他4个品种相比,其POD的活性一直都是最高,分别为24.231U/(g·min)、41.034U/(g·min)、25.234U/(g·min)、37.431U/(g·min)。而5种甜高粱品种在成熟期CAT活性相近。M-81E、Rio、COLLIER、Honey、Umbrella 5种甜高粱的MDA的含量在苗期最低,分别为0.240 2mol/g、0.249 1mol/g、0.246 3mol/g、0.128 1mol/g、0.252 9mol/g。

Abstract:To supply reference for breeding fine sweet sorghum varieties,leaf samples of five sweet sorghum varieties from foreign countries were collected at seedling stage,jointing stage,heading stage and maturity stage,then the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected.Results:SOD activities of sweet sorghum varieties M-81E,Rio,COLLIER,Honey and Umbrella reached the highest at maturity stage,which were respectively 139.599 U/g,106.323 U/g,110.004 U/g,79.255 U/g and 156.417 U/g.However,compared with the other four varieties POD activity of Umbrellais was consistently the highest at seedling stage,jointing stage,heading stage and maturity stage,which was respectively 24.231 U/(g · min),41.034 U/(g · min),25.234 U/(g · min) and 37.431 U/(g · min).In addition,CAT activities of the five varieties were similar,but MDA contents in the five varieties were the lowest at seedling stage,respectively 0.2402 mol/g,0.249 1 mol/g,0.246 3 mol/g,0.128 1 mol/g and 0.252 9 mol/g.
