摘    要:为紫苏属植物种群划分及育种利用提供参考,采用田间试验观察212份紫苏属植物资源的表型性状及抗逆性,并依据21个表型性状对其进行聚类分析。结果表明:1)212份紫苏属植物资源的叶色、叶形、花色、苞叶及种子等性状差异明显。2)在212份紫苏属植物资源中,抗倒性较强的材料占91.98%,抗虫性较强的为2.83%,抗锈病极强的为1.89%,抗白粉病强的为4.25%,抗根腐病较强的为3.77%。3)聚类分析将212份紫苏属植物资源分为紫苏(原变种,Perilla frutescens var.frutescens)和回回苏(P.frutescens var.crispa)2类群。抗倒性、抗虫性、抗病性较强的紫苏属植物资源可作为抗性育种材料利用或直接用于大田生产。

Abstract:The phenotypic characters and stress resistance of 212 P.frutescens resources were observated in field and 21 phenoltypic characters were analyzed by clustering analysis to provide a reference for population division and breeding of P.frutescens.Results:1) There are obvious differences in leaf color,leaf type,flower color,subtending leaf and seed among 212 P.frutescens resources.2) The proportion of P.frutescens resources with strong lodging resistance,strong insect resistance,very strong rust resistance,strong powdery mildew resistance and strong root rot resistance accounts for 91.98%,2.83%,1.89%,4.25% and 3.77% of 212 P.frutescens resources respectively.212 P.frutescens resources can be divided into 2 gruops (P.frutescens var.Frutescens and P.frutescens var.Crispa).The P.frutescens resources with strong resistance of lodging,insect and disease can be used as breeding materials and directly cultivated in field production after improvement.
