摘    要:为贵州省关岭县大面积实施桔梗苗种植施肥提供参考,在关岭自治县沙营乡红岔村中药材种植试验示范基地,采用3414试验方案,设氮、磷和钾肥3个因数、4个水平,共14个处理,进行桔梗1年生小苗栽培肥效试验。结果表明:在当地土壤肥力条件下,不同肥料种类对桔梗1年生小苗生长有明显促进作用,从而提高桔梗产量,其中以施肥配比(kg/667m~2)N∶P_2O_5∶K_2O=11.2∶10.95∶17.2的产量最高,达1 504.46kg/667m~2。经回归分析,最佳施肥配比(kg/667m2)为N∶P_2O_5∶K_20=10.32∶9.26∶12.96,产量为1 476.31kg/667m2。

Abstract:The fertilizer effect experiment of P.grandiflorus seedlings with one year old was conducted by the 3414 test design with three factors and four levels at the cultivation demonstration base of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Hongcha Village,Guanling County to discuss the effect of N,P and K combined fertilization on yield of P.grandiflorus and to provide a reference for rational fertilization in large-area cultivation of P.grandiflorus seedlings in Guanling County,Guizhou.Results:Different N,P and K combinations with different ratios all have the significant promoting effect on growth of P.grandiflorus seedlings with one year old under the local soil fertility,which results in yield increase of P.grandiflorus.The yield of P.grandiflorus seedlings with one year old applied with the combination ratio of N ∶ P2O5 ∶ K2O=11.2 ∶ 10.95 ∶ 17.2 can reach 1 504.46 kg/667m2(the highest).The regression analysis shows that the optimum N ∶ P2O5 ∶ K2O ratio is 10.32 ∶ 9.26 ∶ 12.96 and the yield of P.grandi florus seedlings can reach 1 476.31 kg/667m2.
