摘    要:为50%硝·乙·莠去津悬乳剂在贵州玉米生产上的安全使用提供依据,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)联用法测定该悬乳剂在玉米及土壤中的残留量。结果表明:50%硝·乙·莠去津悬乳剂中3种有效成分硝磺草酮、莠去津、乙草胺在玉米和土壤中的平均回收率为74%~107%,相对标准偏差在2.8%~12.2%;检出限、定量限分别为0.000 2~0.001mg/kg和0.000 6~0.006mg/kg。3种有效成分在织金县和罗甸县2个试验点的半衰期在玉米中为3.4~13.5d,在土壤中为4.6~20.4d,玉米收获时籽粒中均未检测出50%硝·乙·莠去津悬浮剂残留。按商品使用方法,即用50%硝·乙·莠去津悬乳剂240mL/667m2在玉米上使用符合安全要求。

Abstract:In order to provide references for safe application of 50% nitrate-acetochlor-atrazine SE in Guizhou maize production, a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for the rapid determination of 50% nitrate-acetochlor-atrazine SE in maize and soil.Results: Average recovery of mesotrione, atrazine and acetochlor in soil and maize ranged from 74% to 107%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 2.8% to 12.2%;LOD and LOQ were 0.000 2~0.001 mg/kg and 0.000 6~0.006 mg/kg, respectively.The half-lives of three compounds in maize were 3.4~13.5 days,half-lives in soil were 4.6~20.4 days.The residue of the three compounds were not detected in maize in harvest time.Consequently, it was safe to use this pesticide on maize if we follow the guideline of this commodity.
