| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱—质谱—计算机联用方法,分析了南平栽培的砂仁(AmomunVillsum Lour)种子精油的化学成分。其主要化学成分与原产地广东省阳春砂仁种子精油的主要化学成分基本一致。

| Abstract: | This paper shows the chemical costituents of the essential oil of Amomum villesum lour seeds cultivated in Nanping. By the aid of GC-MS-DS, the following components have been separated and identified: α-pinene (0.46) , β-pinen ( 3.20 ) , camphene ( 3.42 ) , myrcene (1.82),limonene ( 2.65 ) ,δ-fenchene(3.26), d-camphor ( 17.15 ) , d.1-camphor ( 10.75 ) ,borneol(14.30), bornylacetate(40.60). The main chemical constituent of the essential oil is quite similar to the oil of Amomum villosum lour grown in the original region ( Kwangtung ) . This investigation would provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of the Amomum villosum lour cultivated northward transplanted to northern Fujian province. |
