农机制造网络化组织协同管理激励与约束机制

针对农机制造网络化组织协同管理上的瓶颈问题，在分析其协同管理模式的基础上，建立了具有惩罚函数的农机制造网络化组织协同管理激励与约束机制的委托一代理模型，通过模型分析得到了农机制造网络化组织节点企业的投入水平、惩罚力度和收益分配等各因素之间的关联性，在综合考虑各因素关系的基础上提出了针对农机制造网络化组织设置激励与约束机制的策略。
