摘    要:本文采用液体培养法,研究新疆芦苇根蘑菇对碳氮源的利用情况,并以四因素三水平的正交试验进行培养基配方的优化。结果表明,新疆芦苇根蘑菇的最适培养基配方为糊精30g·L^-1、酵母粉2g·L^-1、MgS04·7H200.5g·L^-1、KH2P040.25g·L^-1。

Abstract:By liquid culture, Xinjiang reed root mushroom on the utilization situation of carbon and nitrogen source were studied, using orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels for optimizating the formula of medium. The results showed that the optimal culture medium formula of Xinjiang reed root mushroom was dextrin 30 g·L^-1 , yeast extract 2 g·L^-1 , MgSO4 .7H20 0. 5 g·L^-1, KH2PO4 0. 25 g·L^-1.
