摘    要:比较研究不同淹水程度对淮南煤矿塌陷区池杉的生理生化特性。结果表明,不同的淹水程度显著影响池杉的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量以及相对电导率。其中,可溶性糖含量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量随着淹水深度的增加先下降后上升,叶绿素含量随着淹水深度的增加先上升后下降。研究表明在适度的淹水条件下,池杉适应于生长;而当水分过度饱和的情况下,不利于池杉的生长。

Abstract:In the paper, we studied the effect of different waterlogging stress on the phihysiological and biochemical characteristics of Taxodium ascendens in coal mining subsidence area in Huainan city. The results showed that different degree of waterlogging significantly affected the chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, MDA (malondialdehyde) content and relative electric conductivity of Taxodium ascendens. With the increase of waterflooding level, the soluble sugar content, the relative electric conductivity and the MDA content declined at first and then increased. However, the chlorophyll content increased at first and then declined along with the increase of the depth of water. The research showed that moderate waterlogging stress was conducive for Taxodium ascendens to growth, while excessive waterlogging stress was harmful.
