摘    要:以"垦农4号"为材料,用盆栽正茬及重茬大豆,研究用不同浓度的EDTA-Mn浸种对大豆苗期主要光合产物及叶绿体色素的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度的锰浸种能使不同茬口的大豆苗期叶片中蔗糖和淀粉加速转化到各生长器官中,使可溶性糖含量增加,转化酶活性提高;增加了叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素及叶绿素总量。

Abstract:After soaking of manganese,K4 soybean were respectively planted in alternate and continuous soil.Its main photosynthat-e and chlorophyll pigment at seedling stage were researched in this article.The results showed soaking of manganese under suitable concentration could make sucrose and starch which in leaves accelerating transformed into growing organs at the seeding stage,incre-ased content of soluble sugar,improve activity of invertase:increase the total content of chloroph-yll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and carotenoid.
