| 摘 要： | 通过参阅大量的文献及研究,着重从外植体类型、激素、营养条件以及培养环境等方面,分析了禾本科草坪草愈伤组织分化频率的影响因素,其中内在因素包括不同基因型,外植体类型,同种外植体的不同发育状态,而外在因素主要包括激素的选择,营养及光照条件,胚性愈伤组织的挑选。
