| 摘 要： | 通过对世行三期项目中农户调查的研究分析，总结了农户调查在该项目中所发挥的决定性作用。推而广之，提出了将农户调查作为一种监督控制林业工程乃至其它工程的重要手段，使其在以后的工作中能够更科学有效地应用。
