摘    要:[目的]对油脂与甲醇经酯交换反应合成生物柴油的工艺条件进行研究。[方法]以氧化钙熟化后重新煅烧制得催化活性强的氧化钙,应用于菜籽油与甲醇的酯交换反应中。对催化剂用量、催化剂的活化温度等条件进行探讨。[结果]在反应时间为2.5 h,温度为65℃,醇油比为6∶1,催化剂投放量为5%,活化温度为850℃时,生物柴油转化率达到98%,产品的黏度符合国际标准。[结论]氧化钙作为生产生物柴油的固体催化剂符合我国西南地区的基本情况。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the technological conditions of biodiesel synthesis by the transesterification of oil and methanol.[Method] With the presence of the calcium oxide as base catalyst,the reaction conditions such as the amount of catalyst and the calcination temperature of catalyst was investigated.[Results] With the reaction time of 2.5 h,temperature of 65 ℃,mole ratio of methanol to oil 6∶1,the catalyst dosage of 5% and calcination temperature of 850 ℃,the yield ratio reached 98% and the viscosity of the production met the international standard requirement.[Conclusion] It was in accordance with the situation of southwest of China that used calcium oxide as the solid catalyst in the reaction of biodiesel synthesis.
