| 摘 要： | 针对图书馆无障碍移动工具研究的缺失问题,提出了图书馆内残障人士的行为分析模型。分析了残障人士在图书馆内的主要事件及其所有行为,探讨了对应于这些行为的所有动作与子动作。在此基础上找到目前图书馆无障碍移动工具的问题,分析对应于这些问题的用户需求,并根据这些需求设计出符合残障人士的产品方案。该研究对于解决残障人士的移动工具具有参考价值。
