去叶影响玉米籽粒发育的生理研究

摘    要:以玉米杂交种0425为材料右授粉后第2天进行去叶处理,测定了处理后果穗中部和上部籽粒在籽粒形成期的粒重,呼吸,可溶性糖含量及乙稀释放量的变化。结果表明,不同程度去叶处理季籽粒的发育,造成籽粒败育率的升高。相对于穗粒数而言,粒重的变化较小。

Abstract:Comparative studies were conducted on the kernels at different ear positions afterdefoliation treatment on the days after anthesis(2DAA) with the corn variety 0425. Kernelweight, kernel respiration intensity, the concentration of soluble sugar and kernel ethylene releasing value were measured at the early period of kernel development. The results were as follows: kernel development was severly affected by defoliation treatment, and kernel abortion ratewas higher than that of control. Compared with the ear kernel numbers, the variation rate ofkernel weight was lower. The treatment decreased the upper kernel respiration intensity andsucrose concentraition, and increased kernel ethylene metabolism. The studies indicated that theunfilled or aborted upper kernels had close relations with the higher ethylene releasing value,lower respiration intensity and lower activity of sugar metabolism of kernels.
