摘    要: 1998年,在田间和盆栽试验中,施磷比例相同的情况下,施用不同用量和比例的氮钾肥,不同时期测定烤烟中部叶中的叶绿素和内源激素含量的结果表明,随着时间的推移,叶绿素含量不断下降,当叶绿素消失50%以上时叶片开始成熟,其中施氮量对叶绿素含量影响最大。不同处理烟叶中细胞分裂素(CTK)含量由低到高,随后又降低。N,K2O施用量较高时,CTK含量高峰出现较晚,但每次测定值较高。脱落酸(ABA)含量有随着烟叶生长和成熟呈上升趋势。N,K2O施用量少,ABA含量增加快,烟叶落黄早,不利于干物质积累。

Abstract:Pot culture and field experiments in 1998, using various rates and ratio of N, K 2O and same P 2O 5 ratio, were conducted to determine the chlorophyll contents and endogenous levels of plant hormone of flue cured tobacco leaves in middle position in various stages of growth. Research results showed that chlorophyll contents decreased continously with leaf growth and leaves maturity began if chlorophyll contents loss by over 50 percent. The biggest effect of adding N rate on chlorophyll content was obtained. CTK levels of leaves in various treatments increased with leaf growth, and then decreased gradually with leaf maturity. The highest CTK levels of leaves came a little late and CTK levels were higher than other treatments in various sampling stages under higher rates of N, K 2O fertilizer. ABA contents of leaves increased with leaf growth and maturity, ABA contents of leaves increased significantly and leaves matured quickly in the lower rates of N,K 2O fertilizer treatments. It is not beneficial to dry matter accumulation of flue cured tobacco.
