| 摘 要： | 目的:研究来源于四川、山东、浙江的菘蓝和甘蓝型菘蓝叶片对小菜蛾的取食和生长的影响,旨在为研究菘蓝的抗虫育种和抗虫机制提供理论依据。方法:采用叶碟法测试菘蓝叶片对小菜蛾的触杀活性。结果:小菜蛾取食菘蓝叶片后生长、发育明显受到抑制,推迟或不能化蛹,而对照组小菜蛾正常生长、发育直至化蛹。结论:菘蓝叶片中含有影响小菜蛾取食和抑制其生长发育的物质。

| Abstract: | The effects of Isatis indigotica Fort from Sichuan,Shandong,Zhejiang province and Brassic Isatis indigotica on the feeding and growth of larvae of Plutella xylostella were studied by leaf disc method.The results showed that the growth and development of Plutella xylostella were significantly restrained,and its pupation was unable or delayed after feeding on the leaves of Isatis indigotica;while Plutella xylostella grew,developed and pupated normally after feeding on cabbage leaves.So it was concluded that t... |
