摘    要:对浙江省六十田自然保护小区常绿阔叶林下的红楠种群结构与更新进行了调查研究.结果表明,群落中红楠幼苗储备丰富,可以维持种群的更新;不论是从径级结构还是从高度结构来看,其更新都处于增长状态.由于红楠的种子较大,种子雨通常在母树树冠的下方,使得红楠种群在水平结构上呈聚集分布状态.红楠的天然更新中主要以有性繁殖为主.绝对种子数多且幼苗对光照的适应性广,是红楠种群在群落中处于增长状态的主要原因.

Abstract:This study was carried out in Sixty-field Natural Reserve, Zhejiang province, Eastern China. To describe the population structure and regeneration of Machilus thunbergii, eight plots were established and field data were obtained by tally with contiguous grid quadrate method. The results showed that the population of M. thunbergii had rich seeding banks and regenerated well. There were two regeneration modes of M. thunbergii in forest:asexual and sexual reproduction, but the latter was the main mode. As to the distribution pattern of M. thunbergii, generally speaking, the population was clump, because the seeds of M. thunbergii were so heavy that most of the seeds were under the crown of mother trees. Because of abundant seeds and the good adaptability to light, the population of M. thunbergii increased steadily.
