对膳食纤维蔬菜纸的品质、贮藏条件及其营养成分变化进行了初步研究.结果表明,选择避光、低温的贮藏条件和透气、透湿性比较小的复合包装材料,既能有效地避免产品受潮变质,同时又可以减少维生素C氧化损失,最大限度地提高产品的贮藏质量.
