基于CC-Link的温室大棚监控系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于CC-Link现场总线的温室大棚监控系统,给出现场总线控制系统的定义,详述了CC-Link网络在温室大棚中的应用,并给出了具体的设计方法和步骤。实验表明,采用CC-Link网络系统极大地提高了系统的实时性与可靠性,实现了远程控制中心、现场控制以及现场设备间通讯的无缝连接,完成了执行器件的闭环控制,实现温室内的空气流动,使得各个参量均衡调节。该系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、扩展性好以及布线灵活等特点。

Abstract:A design scheme of the remote control system based on CC-Link network system for greenhouse is presented in the paper.It presents the basic definition of Field bus control system.And the specific design method of CC-Link in the greenhouse is provided.The experimental results show that real-time and reliability of the system are greatly enhanced based on CC-Link network system,and realized seamless communication between the remote control center, on-site control room and on-site device.The closed-loop contro...
