农用柴油发动机冷却风扇优化设计

摘    要:随着我国汽车工业的蓬勃兴起,发动机冷却风扇降噪技术也得到了长足发展。为此,通过市场调研,利用CATIA和GAMBIT软件建立了风扇实体模型,对风扇性能进行了仿真分析,通过对一汽锡柴6DL1-26E3发动机冷却风扇进行的性能测试,取得较好的效果,为发动机冷却风扇降噪技术的改进提供了借鉴。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the automobile industry,the engine cooling fan noise reduction technology has also been great development.Through market research,CATIA and GAMBIT to establish a solid fan model for the simulation of the performance of the fan.Performance test results of the cooling fan of 6DL1-26E3 Diesel engines are satisfied,for the engine cooling fan noise reduction technology to provide a reference for the improvement.
