490柴油机曲轴应力应变有限元仿真

摘    要:应用Solidworks对所设计的490柴油机曲轴进行了三维建模,并运用有限元软件ANSYS进行三维应力及变形分析。通过分析得出以下结论:曲轴的应力集中主要出现在连杆轴颈下侧与主轴颈上侧过渡圆角处;两端的主轴颈比中间的主轴颈变形量小很多,连杆轴颈也具有同样规律。弯曲变形最大的部位出现在连杆轴颈与曲柄臂和平衡块的结合处。由此可预见,弯曲裂纹最容易出现在这些部位,有限元仿真结果可以作为曲轴设计的重要参考数据。

Abstract:The 490 diesel engine crankshaft was modeled by 3-D CAD software named Solidworks.Its stress-strain during a whole working progress was simulated by FEA software ANSYS.Through the simulation results,we can get the following laws that the stress concentrates at the fillet surfaces between the connecting rod neck journal and main axle neck journal;the deformation value at two ends is less than the middle position.The maximum bending value appears at the joint between connecting rod neck journal and weight bal...
