| 摘 要： | 随着政府对农业龙头企业扶持力度的加大,对政府扶持企业的必要性讨论也开始深入开展起来。为此,首先从企业治理、制度经济学和社会分工理论的角度分析了政府扶持农业龙头企业的必要性;其次从政府扶持龙头企业的目标,即扶持农民和企业经营改善的角度,探讨了如何评价政府扶持农业产业化龙头企业的龙头行为绩效,并建立了相关的评价指标体系和评价模型。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the necessity of government's support to agribusiness firms from the prospectives of firms' governance,institutional economics and theory of social division of labor first;Then it explores how to evaluate the performance of agribusiness firms' help for peasant households,further sets up the system of evaluating indicators and models of evaluations. |
