可变喷射范围的旋水芯喷头设计

摘    要:喷头是精确施药系统的关键部位,喷头喷射角的变化,直接影响精确施药的效果。为此,设计了一种可变喷射范围的旋水芯喷头。通过流体力学仿真验证:所设计的喷头内流体流动符合涡流原理;基于涡流原理研究发现喷头喷射范围是可调的,但喷射角大小与旋水芯螺旋槽螺旋升角、截面积、涡流室半径、喷嘴口半径及出口处气芯半径有关。

Abstract:The nozzle is a key part of precise spray system,the spray angle variations affect pesticide application results.In the paper,a swirl-core nozzle with adjustable spray range is designed based on vortex theory.The results show the spray range is adjustable,and the apray angle is related to areas and helix angles of the spiral groove,swirl chamber diameters,nozzle opening diameters and diameters of gas-core in the outlet.
