基于AMESim的农用车辆悬架自整定PID调节

摘    要:为了提高农用运输车行驶的平顺性,利用AMESim软件设计了农用车辆前后轮不同悬架弹簧与减振器连接形式、采用或未采用悬架参数自整定PID调节的模型,并根据模型得到了悬架振动位移图。从仿真结果可以看出:采用参数自整定PID调节的农用车辆悬架,无论是乘坐的舒适性,还是对路面的动载,都得到了很好的改善,控制效果显著。
