| 摘 要： | 农业机械化建设离不开农业机械化法制建设。国外(如美国、日本、法国和泰国等)在农机化法制建设方面都比较重视通过专门的农机化立法来规范本国建设,立法内容涉及农业机械的技术标准、产品责任、农机科研与推广以及相关支持措施等多方面。对比我国实际,农机化法制建设应当以专门立法为重点,适时立、改法律和法规,构建农机化建设的法律保障体系,以促进农业合作社的法制建设,从而推动我国农业机械化建设。
