空燃比对农用柴油机性能影响的研究及优化

摘    要:针对HF495T3柴油机标定了1 000r/min全负荷工况和2 000r/min全负荷工况等2个工况点,改变空燃比进行了柴油机相关性能试验,分析了不同空燃比对柴油机标定工况动力性、经济性和排放性的影响特性。根据柴油机的工作特点,基于试验数据,运用模糊数学理论,通过模糊评判,优化出试验用柴油机在1 000r/min全负荷工况和2 000r/min全负荷工况的最佳空燃比分别为20和16。

Abstract:HF495T3 diesel engine demarcated two operating mode,1000rpm with full load mode and 2000rpm with full load mode.Try experiments for capability of diesel engine by change the air-fuel ratio,analysis the dynamic properties of demarcated operating mode,economy and emission with different air-fuel ratio.According to the work characteristics of diesel engine,basing on experimental data,utilizing theory of fuzzy mathematics,through fuzzy evaluation,the optimum air-fuel ratio of diesel engine is 20 worked on 1000r...
