| 摘 要： | 水稻秧盘干燥是秧盘生产过程一个重要环节,采取何种干燥方式对于秧盘的干燥质量具有非常大的影响。对比试验表明,蒸汽干燥具有干燥质量好、干燥均匀和保护生态环境等优点,因此水稻秧盘干燥装置采取蒸汽干燥的方式。为此,论述了蒸汽干燥装置加热能源的选择、蒸汽锅炉的计算选择和进气管道的计算选择,为水稻秧盘干燥装置的设计提供了理论依据,为黑龙江乃至全国水稻机械化生产做出了重要贡献。
