香蕉茎秆/根茬还田工艺研究和机械结构设计

摘    要:从香蕉茎秆/根茬的生物学特性研究入手,设计了香蕉秸秆的还田处理工艺路线。在此基础上,对还田机械的总体结构、工作原理进行了详细介绍,列出了其主要的性能参数。最后,对粉碎机构的原理、刀具结构和除根/还田机构的破茬原理、刀辊总成、布刀形式进行了研究和设计。本还田技术装备解决了制约香蕉大规模种植面临的秸秆处理难题,具有重大的经济效益和生态效益。
