| 摘 要： | 农民自治是我国社会主义现代化建设进程中范围最广的一项农村基层民主实践活动。分析了农民自治、农民自治权的概念,阐述了我国农民自治权的性质、内容、变迁,提出进一步完善我国农民自治权的法律保障。

| Abstract: | The farmer autonomy is the most prevailing way of rural democratic management activities in the process of socialist modernization construction.The farmer's autonomy activities and the concept of the farmer autonomy right were analyzed.Moreover,the character,content and transition of the farmer's autonomy were represented,respectively.Suggestions on the legal safeguard of farmer autonomy were put forward. |
