| 摘 要： | 研究以仙居鸡和隐性白羽鸡为材料,测定亲本P1、P2、F1和F2 4个世代的12周龄体重,应用4个世代数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传分析方法,分析鸡体重遗传规律,可为该性状的QTL初级与精细定位、体重的选育和分子标记辅助选择育种提供基础。结果表明:以性别和正反交矫正后的鸡12周龄体重为2对等显性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型,主基因的遗传率为0.610 4,多基因的遗传率为0.165 9,且两主基因的效应相等。 |
