| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept and basic characteristics of environment-friendly city,and elaborates the principle and framework of evaluation index system.Furthermore,it proposes 24 indexes from 5 aspects in term of environmental quality,pollution control,cultural environment,economic circumstances and construction,and discusses index weight,factors,methods and procedures for judgment collection. |
