天丰素、赤霉素A4调节福桔生长研究

摘    要:研究了0.01%天丰素乳油和15%赤霉素A4可溶性液剂对福桔产量和品质的调节作用,结果表明:0.01%天丰素乳油和15%赤霉素A4可溶性液剂对福桔座果率、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量无明显的影响作用,但对成果率、单果重、总糖含量具有一定的影响作用。0.01%天丰素乳油和15%赤霉素A4可溶性液剂不同浓度处理均可不同程度提高福桔成果率,其中天丰素乳油0.04mg/L、赤霉素A4 30mg/L和40mg/L提高成果率效果最为显著,成果率分别高达10.51%、11.29%和18.20%,而对照成果率仅为4.67%。0.01%天丰素乳油0.04mg/L、15%赤霉素30mg/L和40mg/L处理后福桔单果重分别比对照提高了5g、7.7g、10g,增产效果较为明显。0.01%天丰素乳油和15%赤霉素A4可溶性液剂各浓度处理后福桔平均总糖含量均高于空白对照,其中15%赤霉素A.30mg/L和40mg/L处理后,福桔平均总糖含量分别达8.976%、9.043%,而空白对照的平均总糖含量仅为8.084%。

Abstract:The adjusting effects of 0.01% brassinolide and 15% GA_4 on the orange growth were studied. Brassinolide and GA_4 showed no significant effect on the rate of fruit setting, index of fruit shape, content of dissolvable solid matter and content of vitamin C of orange, but showed effect on the rate of fruit form, fruit weight and content of sugar of orange. All treatments of Brassinolide and GA_4 increased the rate of fruit form, among which Brassinolide (0.04 mg/L) and GA_4 (30 mg/L and 40 mg/L) had 10.51%?11.29% and (18.20%) of fruit form, while the control had 4.67% of fruit form. Compared with the control, the weight of each fruit increased by 5 g, 7.7 g, and 10 g respectively after treated with Brassinolide( 0.04 mg/L) and GA_4 (30 mg/L and 40 mg/L). There were higher average contents of sugar (making 8.976% and 9.043%) than that of the control (making 8.084%) after treated with GA_4 (30 mg/L and 40 mg/L).
