木霉菌对香蕉枯萎病菌的抑制作用

摘    要:实验室分离到1株对香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubens)有明显抑制作用的菌种,经18SrDNA鉴定为木霉属,命名为Trichoderma sp.G2。采用固体和液体培养法对菌株G2抑制香蕉枯萎病菌的生长进行了初步研究。结果表明,在对峙试验的平板上,7d香蕉枯萎病菌完全被G2的短绒状菌丝及分生孢子梗丛覆盖;在拮抗平板上,G2发酵液的平均抑制率约为90.4%,挥发性物质平均抑制率达68.3%,可见挥发性物质对抑制病原菌的生长起了重要的作用。在浓度为1.0×107cfu·mL-1香蕉枯萎病菌液体培养中,按体积比为20%接种G2,10d后镜检发现病原菌的菌丝及孢子大部分出现融解,表明菌株G2对香蕉枯萎病菌有明显的拮抗作用。

Abstract:A fungal strain,designated as G2,with remarkable ability of effective antagonist against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubens,was isolated and identified as Trichoderma sp.based upon 18S rDNA gene analysis.With solid and liquid cul-tures,the inhibitive efficacy to the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubens was primarily studied.The experimental re-sults showed that the cells of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubens were completely covered by short fiber-like hyphace and spore stem of G2 within 7 days in the dual cultu...
