几种植物生长抑制剂在伏山楂种质离体保存中的应用

摘    要:用几种植物生长抑制剂进行左伏3号山楂的离体保存研究,选出能够延长其保存时间的生长抑制剂种类和浓度水平,以期为山楂种质资源的离体保存提供科学理论和实践依据。结果表明:0.4~2.0mg·L^-1的PP333不适宜左伏3号的常温离体保存,而CCC 40mg·L^-1和ABA 2.0mg·L^-1比较适合。保存植株的恢复培养生长正常,恢复率达100%。

Abstract:In vitro preservation of Zuofu No.3 by several plant growth inhibitors were studied.The kind and concentration of growth inhibitors were elected to extend the preservation time.The aim of the research is to provide theoretical and practical basis for the preservation of the hawthorn germplasm.The results showed that PP333 0.42.0mg·L^-1 is inappropriate to preservation of Zuofu No.3 at the normal temperature,while CCC 40mg·L^-1 and ABA 2. 0mg·L^-1 were more suitable.The plants of recovery culture were normal,and the recovery rate was 100%.
